Contents and publication background

“Six Sigma: Fundamentals and an Implementation Guide” gives readers and business professionals an overview of Six Sigma and its application through two main parts: basic concepts and implementation guidance.

The book was produced under the initiative to develop a productivity-and-quality knowledge-sharing network. It draws on projects within Vietnam's national programme to improve enterprise productivity and the quality of products and goods through 2020.

It was edited and revised from “Six Sigma: Theory and Practice” by Nguyen Thi Le Hoa, edited by the Vietnam National Productivity Institute and published in 2015.
