ITVC Global is IMPLEMENTATION, MAINTAINANCE and CONTINUALLY IMPROVEMENT of the Quality Management System according to requirement of ISO 9001:2008, use it as a basis to each member of the company to maximize capacity, intellectual in consulting, training & technical support to provide customers with the best service.

The entire staff of ITVC Global aware that the success achievement of the ITVC Global is as well as themself. It is only coming when satisfaction the legitimate requirements of customers.


Quality objective

- Achieving 100% target and profit as annual plan. To maintain and expand markets, research and development of new business areas.

- Ensuring sufficient manpower and equipment to perform 100% the consultancy project in term of quality, schedule and safety, no major complaints from customer.

- Improving management systems, business operations, reduce costs, save materials, improve the lives of workers and ensure the company's overall profit increasing at least 10% per yearContinual training to strengthen human resources to meet the development requirements of the Company.

- Solving of 100% the customer complaints ( if any).

The company quality objectives are evaluated and published the results achieved in the preliminary meeting, summarizing the first 6 months and last year meeting. To complete the implementation of annual plans - requiring department, working group/ team to conducted the establishion of quality objectives, plans and give specific measures to achieve the objective quality of their units.
