VDA 6.3 process-audit training course

1. Course objectives

• Participants learn to apply the process approach and relevant customer-specific requirements, and develop a foundation in VDA 6.3 process auditing. The course introduces general requirements, methods, principles, the evaluation approach and risk analysis.
• The questionnaire is explained by process element so that participants can identify relevant risks and supply-chain opportunities through an audit.

• Quality-management personnel assigned to conduct internal audits or supplier audits in the supply chain.
• External auditors.

• Knowledge of quality-management tools and methods
