In response to Samsung’s EICC compliance assessment programme for its supply chain, Jang Won Tech Vina promptly launched a project to establish and implement an EICC social responsibility management system.

The company invested in infrastructure improvements and delivered training in fire prevention and firefighting, chemical safety, occupational safety and health, first aid and other topics. Its EICC committee also established and communicated policies on compliance with labour, health and safety, environmental and business ethics requirements.

The independent certification body DNV was scheduled to assess the EICC social responsibility management system in August 2017.

Committed to EICC compliance, legal compliance and protection of workers’ rights, Jang Won Tech Vina’s management and employees, together with ITVC Global’s consultants, aimed to complete the project according to plan.
