We are recruiting sales staff for business management system consulting and training services (ISO).

Job description

Sales staff perform the following duties:

1. Learn about the services offered by the ISO Consulting Department.
2. Prepare work plans and carry out assigned work.
3. Research the market and competitors.
4. Find new customers and support existing customers in the markets assigned by the company.
5. Receive service enquiries, understand customer requirements, and prepare proposals and quotations.
6. Discuss and negotiate prices and conclude ISO training and consulting contracts.
7. Follow up and support project implementation.
8. Collect customer feedback on services.
9. Support collection of receivables.
10. Maintain and develop effective working relationships with certification bodies.

Requirements

• College or university qualification in economics or engineering.
• Experience in the service sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and office software.

Work location

Hai Phong.

Salary, working hours and conditions

VND 6–10 million per month plus sales-related bonuses and other benefits described in the notice: a 13th-month salary, bonuses for major public holidays, statutory leave, maternity and sickness provisions, social insurance and summer leave, in accordance with Vietnamese labour legislation.

Working hours: eight hours per day, with two Saturdays and four Sundays off each month.

Work at ITVC Global’s airy, modern and well-equipped office, with an internal network, telephone exchange, shared data storage, and customer and task management software.

Application documents

Personal history form, university degree, health certificate, CV, birth certificate, copies of identity card and household registration, and other relevant certificates or documents.
