ESD consulting and training at Thaco Industry

In March 2025, ITVC Global worked with Thaco Industry to deliver comprehensive ESD management training for managers from Thaco’s factories. Designed around ESD S20.20-2021, the course included compliance verification of ESD control equipment and materials within electrostatic protected areas (EPAs) under TR53, and internal auditing against ESD S20.20. It helped strengthen the company’s electrostatic control management system, safeguard quality and reduce electrostatic discharge risks.

After the course, Thaco strengthened its electrostatic control management system on electronic component production and assembly lines. This met customer requirements well and received positive feedback from BMW regarding the effectiveness and compliance of its ESD management.
