In Vietnam, Nanofab operates a factory at Lot CN10, Tan Truong Industrial Park, Tan Truong Commune, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong, with more than 300 employees.

About the RBA training project at Nanofab Vietnam

Social responsibility compliance is part of Nanofab Group’s strategy. In 2023, Nanofab Vietnam implemented RBA requirements to meet Apple’s expectations. The company established an RBA committee to carry out the project.

In June 2023, following a period of preparation, Nanofab Vietnam completed the establishment of its RBA social responsibility management system and put it into operation, addressing the following requirements:

A – Labour

B – Health and safety

C – Environment

D – Business ethics

E – Management systems.

With ITVC Global’s support, Nanofab’s team received training in RBA requirements and internal auditing skills. Following the course, the internal audit team was able to apply its knowledge to conduct an RBA internal audit successfully, identifying nonconformities and opportunities to improve the management system.

At the time of this project update, Nanofab Vietnam was working to complete its management system and prepare for Apple’s social responsibility assessment.
