In December 2020, TOWIN selected ITVC Global to deliver occupational safety and hygiene training at its factory.

Occupational safety and hygiene training under Decree 44/2016/ND-CP

Participant groups listed in the original programme

Group 1: Managers responsible for occupational safety and hygiene.
Group 2: Personnel performing occupational safety and hygiene work.
Group 3: Workers performing jobs subject to strict occupational safety and hygiene requirements.
Group 4: Workers not included in Groups 1, 2, 3 and 5 under the cited provisions.
Group 5: Medical personnel.
Group 6: Occupational safety and hygiene representatives under Article 74 of the Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene.

Training records and certificates listed in the original programme

Group 1: A safety training certificate was issued after training.
Groups 2, 5 and 6: A safety training certificate was issued after training.
Group 3: A safety card was issued after training.
Group 4: Training was recorded in a training register.

The course report stated that participants understood basic safety techniques and achieved good or excellent assessment results. Topics and intended benefits included:
