22 January: consulting on the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and 5S/Kaizen improvement tools.

At the meeting on 22 January recorded in the article, ITVC Global consultants and the ISO team of Ky Nguyen Transport, Trading and Services Co., Ltd. agreed to implement 5S/Kaizen improvement tools.

Agreed implementation scope

  • Workshop: organise work areas and carry out improvements on site.
  • Offices: organise the working environment in support of management activities.
  • Car showroom: introduce improvement activities in the customer-facing area.

Making improvement part of everyday work

To sustain results, the company should assign responsibility for each area, agree on monitoring methods and conduct periodic reviews. The aim is to help staff recognise problems and systematically address difficulties in their work.
