In February 2020, ITVC Global and Sky Light Electronic Joint Stock Company signed an agreement to establish and implement a social responsibility management system in line with RBA requirements. This was another achievement for ITVC Global’s social responsibility consulting team, demonstrating its capabilities and earning growing customer trust through its services.

About the company

Thien Quang Electronics JSC, known internationally as Sky Light Electronic Joint Stock Company, was established on 14 February 2019. It specialises in high-quality dash cameras, consumer cameras and SMT production, meeting the demanding requirements of overseas partners. At the time of this project update, all its products were exported and purchased by reputable international brands.

RBA consulting project

To meet customer requirements, the company launched a project to establish and implement an RBA social responsibility management system and selected ITVC Global as its consultant.

The project officially began in March 2020. With the dedicated support of ITVC Global’s consultants, Sky Light was developing its processes and operating its social responsibility management system in line with RBA requirements.

Measures to comply with labour, health and safety, environmental and business ethics requirements brought visible improvements: a safe and healthy workplace, respectful and fair treatment of workers, and good pay and benefits that helped employees feel secure in their work. These improvements made Sky Light a leading employment choice at Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Dao Duc Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province.
