About IPN Vina

IPN Vina Co., Ltd. is a wholly Korean-invested manufacturer of parts and accessories for motor vehicles and vehicle engines, including inlet filters, damper filters, double filters and ring filters.

Founded in Korea in 1995, IPN was described in the original profile as a leading manufacturer of automotive oil and refrigerant filters, combining filter-mesh insert technology with injection-moulded plastic components. Its projects for major customers included:

• Hyundai MOBIS: development and series production of MEB2 and MEB4 components.
• Hyundai KEFICO: development and series production of LPI injector filters, ATSV filters and GDI injector filters.

In 2019, IPN established IPN Vina Co., Ltd. in Vietnam at Lot F10, N5 Road, Chau Son Industrial Park, Chau Son Ward, Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province. The investment expanded manufacturing and supply capacity for the automotive supply chain, with an emphasis on product quality and competitive pricing.

The IATF 16949 consulting project at IPN Vina

IPN Vina’s management selected ITVC Global to provide consulting on establishing and implementing an automotive quality management system meeting IATF 16949 requirements. The project reflected IPN Vina’s commitment to quality management, meeting customer requirements and building confidence in its products.

At the time of the original report, the company’s IATF team and ITVC Global’s consultants were completing system documentation. The plan was to complete system implementation by May 2021 and be ready for a certification audit.

Following IATF 16949 consulting projects in the supply chains of Vinfast and Hyundai Thanh Cong, this project marked further progress for ITVC Global in automotive supply chain consulting.
