Pursuant to the Law on Organisation of the Government dated 25 December 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy dated 28 June 2010;

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 21/2011/ND-CP dated 29 March 2011 detailing and providing measures for implementing the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,

DECIDES:

Article 1. Promulgate the list of designated energy users for 2013 in the Appendix attached to this Decision.

Decision No. 1535/QD-TTg promulgates the list of designated energy users for 2013. The nationwide list comprises 1,720 facilities, compared with 1,190 in 2011; Da Nang has 39 facilities, an increase of eight.

Inspections of compliance with economical and efficient energy-use regulations were planned for facilities in Da Nang in 2014.
