Energy Manager training: course content

Objectives and intended participants

The programme was introduced within energy-efficiency training activities for the 2019–2030 period.

The course provides energy management knowledge for personnel responsible for this work in businesses. The original article cites Articles 33 and 35 of Law 50/2010/QH12. New intakes should be checked against the amended legislation and current training requirements.

The intended participants described in the original announcement are graduates in engineering or energy-related disciplines who undertake energy management duties at designated energy-intensive facilities. Confirm specific entry requirements under the applicable rules and intake arrangements.

Completion and certificate requirements

An Energy Manager certificate requires the learner to meet eligibility, course-completion, assessment and certificate-issuance requirements. Attendance alone does not automatically lead to a certificate. Before registering, confirm the organiser, timetable, assessment format and issuing authority under the applicable rules.

Circular 53/2025/TT-BCT took effect on 1 January 2026. Confirm the programme, delivery format, assessment and certificate arrangements against the applicable requirements.
