II – DETAILS ENERGY AUDIT

Detailed energy audit is the most comprehensive level of energy audits. As required by the Law on Saving and efficiency use of energy - key energy comsumption facilities are required to perform details energy audits, 3 year / 1 time.

The main steps to perform the detailed energy audit:

+     Prepare for energy audit: energy auditor team, equipment/ instrument, questionnaires...

+     Collect data on the technical parameter and operation of production line, manufacturing status, energy consumption.

+     Site survey and making the measurement/ audit plan.

+     Perform the site visit for actual measurement/ audit on operation parameter & energy consumption of equipment, production system of enterprise.

+     Detailed analysis on the rate of energy consumption, energy efficiency.

+     Identify and propose for the achievable energy-saving measures (energy efficiency)

+     Financial analysis for proposed energy saving and efficiency projects.

+     Develop the plans to implement the energy conservation projects at enterprise.

+     Generate the detailed energy audit report.

Project time schedule: Depending on the size of the enterprise:

+     Time for working at the enterprise: about 7 ~ 15 days, divided into 2 ~ 3 times.

+     Total time for an energy audit project (estimated): 45 ~ 60 days.
