The objective of verifying / testing the quality of construction works:
- Quality Verification to change the function of construction works: Actually, the construction work used along the time in some case need to change the function to match the current user demand as: Converting from office building to a workshop, housing to the offices, houses - office to restaurants - hotels, constructing more floor, reconstruction floors. Therefor ITVC Global offers to provide the services for verification the quality of construction works to respond to customer questions:
+ The transfer of function (or uplift) can be done or not?

- Quality Verification of construction works for discovering the cause of incident. Some construction works are incidents such as cracking, tilting and subsidence during construction or while in use. Therefor ITVC Global will perform the verification to answer 02 questions:

The work will be done for quality verification of construction works:
1. Quality control of concrete:
- Testing of homogeneity (hollow, porous) of concrete.
- Check the intensity of concrete: by Shooting resilience/ Ultrasound combined shooting resilience/ Drilling sampling, compression test
2. Checking reinforcement:
- Determine the number, diameter and reinforced protective layer of steel - According to TCXDVN 240: 2000 standard
- Determination of rebar corrosion – according to TCXDVN-294-2003 standard.
3. Determine the width and depth of cracks:
- Determine the width of cracks with crack magnifying devices
- Identify the concrete crack depth, according TCXDVN 225: 1998 standard
4. Testing at construction site:
- Application Standard: TCXDVN 363: 2006 Reinforced concrete structure - Evaluate the durability of structural parts bending over works by means of static loading experiments
- Principle: Take the Load to floor and measuring the deformation of the components with an accuracy of 0.01mm.
5. Determination of deformation of the construction work:
- The common deformity: Cracked, tilting, sinking, and sagging.
- Applicable Standards: Design standards for existing structures; evaluation criteria dangerous of construction work according to TCXDVN 373: 2006 standard.
