ITVC’s technical team has years of experience repairing automation equipment, including variable-frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs, HMI panels and servo systems. Our service commitments include:

Service commitments

• Equipment that cannot be repaired, or for which the customer declines the repair cost, is retained in its original condition.

Common faults

A dark or blank LCD caused by faults in the power supply, power stage, MMIO board or display.

Control faults that may occur without a displayed error code, including:

• The drive does not respond to control commands.
• The drive starts when power is applied, without a run command.
• Jerky operation.
• Intermittent operation or stopping after running for a while.
• Motor overheating during drive operation.
• Lightning damage or burnt circuits.
• No output voltage or imbalance between output phases.
• Parameter-setting errors or loss of the programme in the microcontroller board.
