-     Registration through the TAPA website, completed the Application form and sent to TAPA, or ask the support from ITVC / Certification body (CB)

-     Do the payment for TAPA member registration fee

-     Get an approved as TAPA member and using the TAPA code (member/ user name & password) for log in the TAPA system

Establishing and apply the security procedure / instruction/ regulation…as TAPA requirement:

ITVC will help CLIENT to establish the security management system, CLIENT will make the improvement/ new installation the security facility system for operation as TAPA requirement.

Certification audit

-     Contact and application for TAPA certification (send the information/ confirmation on approved as TAPA member to certification body for TAPA certification process)

-     Certification body will working with TAPA for registration job and prepare the certification process

-     TAPA will approve and nominate the Auditor and coordinate / manage the audit process. In Vietnam, there have 04 TAPA audit provider: SGS, TUV Rheinland, BV, DNV). Certificate will be issued and valid in 03 years.

-     Certification body will conduct the audit process and report to TAPA as auditing procedure.

-     Time for audit: Arranged and agreed by CLIENT and Certification body

Audit repot

-     After conducting the audit, the CB will send the report and other related document to TAPA for approval. If pass the CB will issue the TAPA FSR & TAPA TFR certificates. These Certificates are valid in 03 years.
