Ship condition inspection is to determine the condition of a vessel at the time of the survey.

ITVC Global carried out the independent ship condition inspection on behalf of P&I club for pre entry and periodical ship survey to determine the condition of the vessel at time of inspection, information on the management, manning, safety, navigation, pollution prevention and cargo worthiness aspects, in order that we can assesst the risk of insuring the vessel for particular risks.

The ship condition inspection is usually conducted in 01 or 02 days  depending the type & size of vessel, scope of survey and loading/ discharging operation. Inspection usually are conducted with vessel  alongside / anchorage but they can be conducted also with vessel navigating, if there is no other chance. We adapt to the particular circumstance of our clients and we try to minimum the inspection effects in the operation of vessel and their crews, avoiding any delays.

In a ship condition inspection, we also inspected documentation, performance reports, class reports… including information in the final details reports, along with copy of relevents extract from the records. Simultaneously, we will attached the report with a set of digital photos for illustration of the finding.
