The legal basis of the service:

-       Decision No. 57/1999 / QD-TDC on the issuance of interim processes for technical inspection of used equipment

Scope of services:

-       Review documents: Include operation documentation / manual and maintenance of equipment, catalog / user handbook of equipment, testing/ calibration of equipment ...

-       Visual inspection and evaluation the remaining quality of used equipment under the guidance of Decision No. 57/1999 / QD-TDC

Requirements for inspection body:

1.    The organization must be established under the provisions of law, have inspection function of the quality of goods are machinery, equipment and technology production line.

2.    Having the abilities in inspection field and meet the requirements specified in national standards ISO / IEC 17020 or international standards ISO / IEC 17020 with current updated version.

3.    Have at least 02 inspectors who meet the following standards:

a.    Have a university degree or higher and professional capability in accordance with the requirements and expertise of inspection work;

b.    There are at least 03 years working in the field need to be inspected;

c.    Have certificate in the field of inspection in cases the law requires a certificate.

4.    Having the quality inspection methods and procedures for evaluation of machinery, equipment, technological production lines approved by the Director of inspection company.

5.    With regard to the foreign inspection organizations who are now selected to perform inspection in the exporting country must meet the following conditions:

a.    Have business registration in provision the inspection services of machinery, equipment and technology in the exporting country;

b.    Having the certificate of management system according to international standards ISO / IEC 17020 current edition, issued by a legally recognized organization is a member of the Association of Laboratory Accreditation International (ILAC - The International laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) and / or the Association of laboratory Accreditation Asia - Pacific (APLAC - Asia Pacific laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).

6.    Inspection body must comply with the principles of independence, objectivity and scientific in their activities and take law responsibility for the accuracy of the inspection results.
