How to purchase documents and make payment

A – HOW TO PURCHASE DOCUMENTS

Step 1: Register for an account (Registering allows you to save money when purchasing documents.)

Click Log in / Register in the upper-right corner of the screen to create your account.

* If you do not have an account, complete the registration information.

By registering you can receive document discounts and enjoy a better experience when using ITVC Global’s services.

* If you already have an account, log in to receive the applicable document purchase discounts.

Step 2: Find a document

After opening the website, find the document you need using the document categories or the document search field.

Use precise keywords to narrow the search results.

Step 3: Select a document

Click the document you want to purchase to view its details. Read the description, price and customer comments, if any.

Step 4: Add it to your cart

When you are ready to purchase the document, click the Checkout button or the equivalent control.

Step 5: Make payment

Review the documents in your cart. Enter the information required for document delivery and payment, ensuring that it is accurate and secure. Transfer payment to the bank account shown in the payment details. 

Step 6: Confirm the successful order

After successful payment, the system automatically emails the download link to the customer. The document link is valid for 30 days from receipt. 

Discount policy (applies when you are logged in as an ITVC Global member)

* Customers with a registered website account receive the following discounts:

   - 10% off document purchases from the 4th purchase onwards.

   - 15% off document purchases from the 101st purchase onwards.

   - 20% off document purchases from the 201st purchase onwards.

* Customers without a registered account are not eligible for these discounts.

B – PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Using the Checkout button

(1) Click the Checkout button

(2) Review the documents you want to purchase under Products in cart

(3) Enter your correct details in the Information section

(Please enter accurate details so the system can deliver your documents.)

(4) The Payment method section shows the bank account details needed to make payment.

(5) Click PAY NOW – the system will send an email to your email address containing your order number so you can make payment. Check your email for this order number .

English guide to the original screenshot: (2) review Products in cart and use Delete if needed; (3) enter your full name, email and telephone number in Information; (4) use the bank details under Payment method / Bank transfer; (5) click Pay now to receive the order number. The price shown is an example from the original screenshot; use the price displayed for your selected document.

Making payment

Make a bank transfer using the following details:

Transfer reference:       itvc.xxxx (where xxxx is the order number displayed when you click Checkout)
